Review of Dairy Farmers DF Lite White MILK LITE 2 LT

a very tasty milk that I use in my coffee. I cannot tell the difference between this and full cream which helps me meet my fitness goals. The only con is that I can tell the difference in things like cereal where I do prefer a full cream milk. I think this milk is a great alternative if trying to cut down on full cream products.
