Longlife Apricot nectar is thicker than juice & is always in my pantry. I mainly use it to make simple meal of Apricot chicken for dinner. Cooking with Apricot nectar keeps the chicken breasts/legs moist & stops them from drying out. After cooking the chicken in the nectar I thicken the nectar with dry French onion soup mix to make a perfect sauce to serve over the chicken & vegetables.
