Pineapple juice has so many uses. I like to drink straight or use as a substitute for milk in my cereal. Longlife brand lasts for over a year so I always have it in the pantry for when I need it. A favourite of mine is making cocktails like pina colada or tropical drinks using the pineapple juice.
