I usually pick this up when I want something quick that still feels reasonably balanced. The chicken pieces are tender enough, and the cashews add a nice bit of texture, which sets it apart from other frozen chicken meals. The sauce is mild and slightly sweet, so it’s easy to eat but not very bold compared to takeaway Chinese food. Portion-wise it’s on the lighter side, and I often add extra rice. Overall, it’s a convenient, healthier option, just not very exciting.
