I don’t see the difference in these ‘air fryer’ chips compared to other ones. they look, taste and cook the same. it’s just a marketing ploy. they are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. taste great with chicken salt, sea salt or any dipping sauce of choice.

McCain air fryer steak-cut chips are super convenient and come out crispy and fluffy with minimal effort, giving that classic chunky chip feel. They can cook a bit unevenly if you overcrowd the basket, and the odd bag has some smaller scrappy pieces. They’re not the healthiest or fanciest chips out there, but for convenience and reliable comfort-food crunch, they’re pretty solid.

love the convenience of these. just chuck them in the air fryer and they are done. pretty tasty too.

they were fine for a quick fast no fuss meal but not the best tasting chips we have had. they needed to be cooked longer than time stated on the bag but I also think that might depend on your air fryer . they came out very dry on outside but kind of gluggy on the inside. we might have to try them again and cook a bit different to see if that helps or they are just like that.

McCain airfryer chips are crispy and give the pub/ restaurant experience at home. These chips are super crispy and taste delicious. Just have it with a burger on on its own.. I personally had to air fry them a little longer than what was mentioned on the packet to get the most optimal results..
