This Healthy Choice meal is 97% fat free making it a healthy choice. For those who are too busy to cook or convalescing these are great to have in the freezer for a quick Nutritious meal. The carton and bowl are recyclable. Buying them on special is the only way to go as they are quite pricey. The lemon chicken is tasty with enough ingredients to make it well balanced meal.

Really can't go wrong with one of these instant meals. Just put it in the microwave and it's good to go. Easy meal for lunch or dinner.

A delicious & convenient meal for the nights you can’t be bothered spending much time in the kitchen, but don’t want to lean on those fast food options. A good way to calorie control as well. Very tasty, well seasoned & decently portioned meal.
