I made these with the air fryer and they came out just as good if I used my deep fryer. Each chip was crunchy on the outside but so soft and fluffy on the inside. With most chips it can be common to have a drier outside but with these chips, I found it retained enough moisture to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The style of these go really well with a nice steak meal.
