Really good everyday soy sauce—light but still full of flavour. It adds a nice salty, umami taste without being too overpowering, which makes it perfect for stir-fries, marinades, and dipping. The consistency is smooth and easy to pour. Great value for the size, and a little goes a long way. Only downside is it can be a bit salty if you use too much, so you don’t need a lot.
