Perfect for cooking as it states… but I find that it doesn’t curdle as quickly as other cream especially when adding to hot food so more versatile than normal cream for cooking. Same great flavour

Light cooking cream. I’ll prefer more thick, i found it a bit too runny even if Cooked for long time.
