It can be a little thin as cooking cream is but it does the job. Great for potato bake but wouldn’t use for a cream sauce

This Bulla Cooking Light Thickened Cream is very nice and was on special at Coles. It is delicious and whips well. It is great in on sweet dishes such as desserts and also in cooking savoury dishes such as creamy pastas and soups.

Bulla cooking cream is the only crema we use for our pasta dish. It is creamy and gets thick enough for a perfect sauce when heated properly. Clean, creamy taste, this is one of the best cooking crema we've ever tried and will continue to use in our home cooking.
