We popped the cream on stewed apples, but I’d imagine it would work well in a cooking situation as it’s name suggests, something like chocolate moose. The cream tastes quite bland, but that’s not a bad thing as I wouldn’t want it sugary sweet. Although it suggests it should be used for cooking, it went well and tasted okay on the stewed apples. I did like the fact that it’s light and thickened, nothing to do except open and pour. It also appears to be half the fat content compared to other creams on the shelf, which was also appealing and would be more so in a cooking situation.
