This is a very creamy cottage cheese, very delicious. It goes well with so many things making it very versatile. Lately I’ve been having it on rice crackers with avo and sometimes beetroot on top. I’d imagine it could be used well in many cooking applications. I love the extras: nearly fat free and high protein. I’d also imagine there would be some calcium benefits as well. It is a little expensive at $8, but well worth it.
