This is a lovely thick cream that holds its shape when spooned straight from the container. Very rich and yummy on scones or as a topping on cheesecakes and cakes. This is my go to cream when I don’t want to whip up a batch of thickened cream on the occasions that I want just a dollop.

I use this cream for whipping up to have with pancakes and maple syrup. I also have used it in bacon cabonara. It's perfectly creamy and whips up easily.
