I've always said this is a miracle cream. It's good for everything! Nappy rash, dry skin, small wounds, chaffing, you name it. I like to rub this into my feet once at night & then put socks on, do this for 2-3 nights & you'll have the softest feet. Nappy rash & chaffing gone in just 1-2 days.
