we got these to have with bouilgon beef strips to make a noodle box knock off. we cooked it all together and added soy sauce for the noodles along with oyster sauce snd mwah chefs kiss. very affordable we got on special for $2.65.

Not great but not bad. Just mediocre. I purchased these for the first time in years as these used to be my go to noodles for laksa and I have to say I wasn’t thrilled. The taste is just weird, kind of plasticine like and the texture wasn’t right either to the point I can’t describe it.

You can’t beat Fantastic Hokkien Noodles freshly made, steaming, shiny and slippery. But honestly, they are still really great for one, two, three days afterwards with just a quick microwave reheat, and they freeze well too. They are best served in a thick veggie filled stir fry with loads of chicken

These noodles really make a stir fry! You just add boiling water, drain and stir into the ingredients in your wok. So easy. No artificial colours or flavours either. I made a duck and vegetable stir fry last night and it was gobbled down.
