This was the first time that I had tried these noodles. I was pretty happy with them although they didn’t really cook as per the packet instructions. I did have to spend a fair bit of time separating out the noodles so I’m not sure what I did wrong but they did taste really good.

These fresh Hokkien noodles are excellent! They have a great chewy texture and a mild flavor that absorbs sauces well. Perfect for stir-fries, soups, or noodle dishes. Cooks quickly for a quick meal.

Good noodles to keep in the fridge for stir fries but not my favourite as the texture is just not quite right

These noodles are perfect for the famous Hokkien Noodles dark soy sauce dish. The size of the noodles are large and perfect size for the traditional dish. Added with the typical greens, prawns, cuttlefish and fish balls. My GOTO type of noodles when I am craving for this dish.

So easy and delicious! I used these in a veggie stir fry, they held their shape and did not stick together after soaking.
