rigatoni is one of my favourites for baked pasta. the tubes hold sauce well. but sometimes when i boil them, they break apart. just cook them gently and not overboiling

Taken from the Italian word for stripes, “Riga”, this is a large shape, much like an oversized penne, but cut flat at the ends and ridged so the sauce catches in the grooves. Use Rigatoni in pasta bakes or with heavy, chunky sauces. Cooks in 13 minutes.San Remo is prouldy Australian Family Owned.
