I buy this product regularly. Cooks easily and the texture of the spaghetti is awesome. It’s made out of durum wheat and I use it for different recipes and I am happy with the outcome . Must buy.

Bought this by accident- it’s very, very fine. Maybe use it in stir fries? It gets clumpy and soggy very easily.
