This shape is ideal for catching rich meaty sauce as it grips between the ridges of the curly edge, giving you maximum flavour with each bite. We select only the finest grade Durum wheat to make San Remo pasta. San Remo No. 80 Curly Fettuccine 500g is made from 100% Durum Wheat and cooks in 14 minutes.

It tastes like regular fettuccine, but look fancier. It is good to serve your friends if they come over to our home, which makes the dish look more special. The texture is nice if you can cook it within the right time. Otherwise, the pasta would separate and look nasty.
