only gf fettuccine I can find at regular supermarkets. cooks quickly and well, just be sure not to over cook it as it will break down into small pieces. also ensure your pot is large enough to allow pasta to move otherwise it will clump together.

We eat a mostly gluten free diet at home, the san remo pasta is the best one I have found available from supermarkets. It tastes like regular pasta, doesn’t really stick together when cooking, good texture that holds together even when reheating for meals the next day.
