I buy this for my husband. one of his favourite meals is spaghetti bolognaise. he just prefers the gluten free version of pasta as it sits better with his stomach.

only gf fettuccine I can find at regular supermarkets. cooks quickly and well, just be sure not to over cook it as it will break down into small pieces. also ensure your pot is large enough to allow pasta to move otherwise it will clump together.
