Lebanese cucumbers are my favourite and I highly recommend them. In comparison with other cucumbers they have a mild sweet flavour. They are usually eaten raw in salads, or on sandwiches. I usually like using them to make tzatziki dip which everyone loves. The benefits of eating cucumbers is that they are low in calories and high in fibre making them a great combination for healthy digestion and healthy eating.
