great option if you are trying to boost your protein intake. does teast a little different from normal pasta, with sauce you can't notice it.

Great option for 25% less carbs and 50% more protein than regular pasta. Also, its not too much more expensive than regular pasta. It tastes good too! The only downside is that it takes 5-10 mins longer to cook than regular pasta
