For a protein pasta there is no taste difference to ones that don't have additional protein in it which I really like so that my family can get more protein in their meals without compromising taste or texture of the pasta. It is faster to cook this pasta so be mindful of the cooking time. I also noticed that the pasta water isn't as starchy as pasta without the added protein.
