for just $2 this is a great pre workout for quick carbs for a heavy workout session. goes great with a salad especially when on low carb. one serve is 98 calories

A great snack. I like the taste but find that it dusting of flavouring can stick to my fingers. I buy it for my family abd they can eat a packet quite quickly with a slice of cheese or ham.
