these are perfect for those sugar concious and love sushi. Perfect replacement of sushi rice which is medium grain any ways. Smells nice and cooks well with corn flecks adding color. It is sticky and fluffy at the same time. Love it cheaper this way

This Sunrice Australian Low GI White Rice is a little more expensive than ordinary white rice but is worth it as its low glycemic index makes it more suitable for diabetics like me. It also tastes just like ordinary white rice.

Has certainly been a game changer while having gestational diabetes. Helps to habe rice, that tastes like rice and keep glucose levels in check. You still feel full with a normal small portion and feel like your just eating regular rice. Versatile as plain rice side dish, or made as fried rice. Have already repurchased three times, and will probably keep repurchasing after birth as taste is also good whilst being easy to prepare. Packaging has brrn updated too.
