sunrices short grain rice is Japanese sushi rice, they are softer and chewy, I like the mouth feel. This 5 kg bag can last for a while for 2 people. This kind of rice needs to ass more water when cooking, compare to long grain rice and other kinds of rices.

Sunrice is the common brand of rice. This time try the Hinata Short Grain rice, Japanese pearl rice. It is kinda round and like a pearl rice. I like that sticky and taste good.

it was my go to rice especially when it is on half price. I can make normal white rice or even sushi rice. unfortunately last batch had bit of chemical smell which wasn’t that nice.
