We mix brown rice with with white rice, better to soak first before cooking if time allows so it's softer, otherwise a bit hard. Healthy choice we think.

I prefer sunrice brown rice over other brands of brown rice. it has a nutty flavour.

Good for health, more fibre and lower GI in every meal. The texture is more rough and hard then the jasmine or short, medium grain rice, require more water while cooking.

I like how brown rice have more fibre and texture than white rice, this is my preferred rice for daily meals. Regularly on 1/2 rice sale, I tend to only buy them when they are on sale. If they come in a zip lock bag it would be quite nice.
