my husband likes brown rice and we buy sometimes. it is good nutrition and good flavour than white rice. once we bought it, we normally put in a container with rid properly to escape the little insects in the rice as the plastic bag has a little air wholes. it isn’t good to make sushi as it isn’t sticky enough, but I found it when it wrapped up with rice paper, still can make a nice wrapping sushi.

Love it. Medium grain therefore a bit stalky. I cook it using boiling method. Ok for regular eating. Fried rice didn't turn out well with this rice. Great price especially when on special.
