I got this to have as a side with dishes during the week. I like how easy it is to heat in the microwave and saves on dishes and time. it gives about two to three serves for my partner and I to have dinner and one leftover serve.

how easy is this microwaveable rice packet! I forgot to put the rice on tonight and was rushing to find a quick way to get a side dish then remembered I had this in the cupboard, how easy! 90 seconds and bam! Rice and curry ready to serve! so happy with this product and I’ll be buying more!!

these are great to add to dishes as a side, makes cooking rice very quick and easy. the texture is pretty good for microwave rice.

These Sunrice Microwave Basmati Rice pouches are very handy to keep in the cupboard for when you need rice in a hurry and they are priced pretty reasonably. I used to take them to work when I worked nights as they are easy to transport with no refrigeration required. Being basmati rice, it goes well with Indian dishes.

Simple heat and serve with butter chicken, create a middle eastern fried rice or add curried veggies for a quick and delicious meal. Made in Australia.
