1.5 mins to heat up and great to mix in with a tin of tuna for a super quick lunch or to have with air fried salmon or barramundi for a very nice dinner. Pouch is super convenient for carrying and microwaving - for those of us always moving. Love it. Wish they did a medium grain white sushi rice in this too (like they do in Japan). Love it (I said that already)!
