These are convenient in that you can grab as many as you need out of the freezer and being whiting the fish is quite delicate (or bland) you decide but the kids enjoy them pan fried

Thaw and add to a pan with cherry tomatoes olive oil and salt Cook for 15 mins both sides. Serve with a green salad
