I like I & J Roe Off Scallop 300g for its convenient and high-quality frozen seafood. After eventually thawing out these scallops, I found that they smell nice and "freshy", are shiny and very firm and taste super delicious. They are like some of the best scallop I've bought from fish markets in the past. Very recommended.
