these are great to have in the freezer for a healthy fast dinner. they defrost really quickly. great in a curry, or with pasta too. only wish there was a choice of buying Australian farmed prawns, these are from Vietnam. but they are responsibly farmed, so that’s good

These I&J Raws Prawns are nutritious, versatile, and easy to cook. I like that these prawns have the tail off, so they require less preparation time. I also like that these prawns were large and blemish free. I also appreciate that these prawns were hand peeled and prepared, and have certification saying they were farmed sustainably, and have a 4 star health rating. These prawns can be cooked in many, versatile ways, and taste great in stirfrys, pan fried, or barbecued. High quality, nutritious, and easy to cook. 5 stars!

This is our go-to brand when we stock up on frozen prawns. They are the tastiest out of all the ones we tried. They are fleshy and fresh tasting even after defrosting. Just the right size too. They come already deveined and peeled for easy preparation. Convenient to have a bag in the freezer for a quick meal. It was awesome to find them on sale for half price last week. We definitely stocked up for a rainy day!

l put prawns with egg’s liquid together then go steam for 15 mins, don’t forget to put with vegetables as well, taste nice and healthy.
