Tried The Finest frozen tuna portions for a homemade fish curry and was really happy with how they turned out. The tuna tasted fresh and had a nice firm texture, even after cooking in the sauce. Hardly any water came out when thawing, which made it easy to work with. The pieces held their shape well and soaked up the flavours beautifully.
