The Sara Lee Carrot Cake was delicious. It was so convenient to be able to put it in my fridge to defrost and just cut it up as desired when needed. The cake was fluffy and the cream cheese frosting was pleasantly surprising. The only thing I didn’t like about this cake was that I prefer very finely grated carrot. The carrot was extremely small and I barely noticed, so it was great. I would highly recommend.
