This is a very reliable frozen dessert that is always smooth,creamy and easy to prepare. It’s very versatile and can be paired with many different flavours like chocolate, strawberry or lemon. It’s very satisfying without being overly heavy like the usual dense cheesecakes as it has a lighte texture. So it’s very easy to overindulge. it needs to be defrosted ahead of time and isn’t really a grab and go type of dessert
