This has been my go to when my back is in pain after sitting in a chair all day. I take it at night and by the morning I feel great. It doesn’t make me feel ill and I can take it with out food.

It is a must have item in the household I would say is effective but you have to be careful when you taking this tablets. Need to help a read through the instruction very well.

This is the classic pain relief and inflammation on back and joint pain, as well as migraine headaches and period pain. The price is not the cheapest among all the brands however the effectiveness is pretty good. It seems to be a fast relief so just take two tablets a day for about three days, then you will feel back to normal
