Helga is a great brand. Their products are tasty. I personally enjoy how most of their products have seeds. While this isn’t my personal favourite out of their bread products, it is a good backup to fall to. I have no issues with the bread.

This is my go to bread for breakfast. The bread itself is soft but crunchy enough after being toasted. The bread is also fortified with soy & linseed which is very healthy. Overall, this is a very good product.

Absolutely love any type of Helgas bread. They slices are the perfect thickness (about 1.5cm). They Sou and linseed is perfect if you enjoy a grainy bread where you can taste the crunch of the seeds. Delicious!
