It has a hearty, nutty flavour with decent sized slices. It is a great source of whole grains, fibre and protein. Tastes great when toasted with some margarine and vegemite.

a healthier choice in terms of wholemeal bread options. I typically go for rye as it's less carbs but I will have the helgas wholemeal every now and then. perfect for toast or fresh sandwiches and I have peace of mind I am putting in a healthy choice in my tummy. no conplaints from me!

this helgas bread is healthy high in fibre and protein very tasty when it is toasted and when cheese is applied becomes even more tasty i will recommend it for morning
