Helga’s produces some of the finest bread, and this light rye version is no exception ~ a loaf is 680g or around 18 slices. 4 star health rating and made in Australia. 🇦🇺 I like that they do not add artificial colors, flavors or any preservatives. I like them slightly toasted before spreading butter generously on them. 😋 Recommended 👍!
