This is a really lovely, light, fluffy and delicious bread. I have been trying to cut down on wheat products (very hard) .. but I find this bread to be far more easy to digest than wholemeal or white bread. The slices are nice and big, in contrast to other brands which means it’s much more filling. Unfortunate that the bag is not recyclable.. the tiny tag to close the bag however, is 🤭
