“I love these pads. I’ve been using them for years. They’re comfortable and discreet. I’m a dancer and these are the only pads I can wear without feeling like I’ve got a nappy on. I find that the Poise regular pads to help and Offer support from bladder leaks and weak pelvic floor. The poise product delivers full protection keeps undergarments completely dry from unfortunate or embarrassing little accidents Poise is very discreet simple quick to use and apply to the underwear. Poise is also very compact small in size takes no room in bag or luggage. I highly recommend using Poise if you suffer weak bladder from multiple operations or changes in life as we age. Poise tends to be on special regularly at Woolworths and Chemist warehouse.

im not fan of this pad, not that absorbent and not that effective during heavy days, i prefer those with wings. but i still buy this and use when my period is almost gone.
