This is a great, convenient pantry staple. it helps bulk simple meals. we use it in a chicken and rice bowl, or in our Mexican wraps. only negative, it is pricy for it to be a regular purchase

These snack time pots are amazing. I only recently saw them on the shelves so I bought the range and I honestly have fallen in love with him. Initially, I use them to top up my salads as a protein however now I’m starting to add them in my wraps and Mexican fajitas. On their own, they are incredibly tasty and long lasting in the tin. I have taken range of tins to work and they sit in the kitchen safely no refrigerator required. When I am out the office, I throw them into my bag and I add these to my lunch, making it refreshing and tasty!

I got these to add to salads for my lunch. I like that it is one serving size. it has a good verity of ingredients. it is quiet yummy with the salsa. it would also be nice on crackers by itself.
