These are really healthy and convenient addition to my salad. The flavours of chilli and olive oil in the can helps season my salad such that I did not need to add other seasoning to it. Sometimes I eat it out from the can itself as a healthy and tasty snack. As the can is easy to open without any tools required, it's a good companion for Picnic and as on the go snack.
