I really like this mix of beans. It’s one of the few that doesn’t have chickpeas and I prefer that. Plus it goes well in all my Mexican dishes that I like making: nachos, burritos, tacos… it is salted so I usually only add the salt reduced taco seasoning so that I’m not getting too high on the sodium scale. Or I’ll mix with another tin of unsalted beans and of course add unsalted tinned or frozen corn.
