This made an extremely easy vegetarian lasagne filling!!! However the texture of the cooked product was a bit firm/crunchy which would be nice in certain other recipes

This product offers a lower calorie, lower carb alternative to white rice. It’s also a great way to boost your vege intake. The suggested serving size is 75g/6 serves to a pack, but I find this too small, and would say each 500g pack has a maximum of 4 serves if you are wanting a decent filling rice substitute

I find this perfect for ‘hiding’ vegetables, for the kids that refuse to eat them . I put this in bolognaise, lasagne, carbonara etc , and they have no idea they are eating veggies!
