Had these steamed fish with my go to summer salad tonight. So easy to prepare in the microwave, but can also be done in the oven. The fillets of fish come in a sealed paper bag together with a Light and creamy citrus and Parsley dressing. Previous ones that I have had have had so much dressing on them that it’s drowns everything else on your plate. These ones however had just the right amount of dressing should be able to enjoy each mouthful of your fish with a bit of sauce without overwhelming it. This would be a good alternative to store bought fish and chips if you’re looking to do something different. Box contains two sealed paper bags, each containing one fillet of fish with the dressing, which is tangy. Sometimes the pouches burst open which can cause a mess in your microwave if the dressing gets loose. I recommend sitting the fish pouches on some paper towel or a microwave safe plate to contain any mess. A really delicious alternative for your meals. Quick and easy to prepare and very delicious.
