An enjoyable and healthy option for dinner. Low in calories and high in protein are definite perks for this product. Makes it easy to get fish into my diet as it is quite a mild flavoured fish - I tend not to enjoy strongly flavoured fish varieties. The sauce is nice. It’s very easy to prepare
