I always try to have a pack of this cauli rice in the freezer as I use it as an alternative to rice because I am on low carb Keto diet.Ghis way I can cook the same main meal for partner and me and just change the kind of ‘rice’ we eat.

great alternative to rice when you are watching calorie intake. cooked with fried onion and a bit of soy sauce makes for a great side for any meal.

This is a wonderful product that is great with a stir-fry or just about anything that goes well with rice.It is best steamed and the key is to only cook it for a short time.It is quite expensive so we only buy it when it is on special.

I like to have this in the freezer and have it often as a replacement for normal rice as I am on keto low carb diet. It works well with most cuisines and sauces. My only gripe is that for some reason it is not available in the freezer at any of my suburban branch chain supermarkets - Not at Woolworths Metros or IGAs. So I have to make a special trip to a major shopping centre to get it!

Birds Eye is a great brand for Frozen vegetables ! We often buy the cauliflower rice and it’s great! My husband loves it , good replacement for rice and goes well with different dishes ! Easy to take a portion out of the packaging even of it is Frozen, easy and Quick to prepare
